A major installment in the Palms Casino Resort’s multi-million dollar expansion, Palms Place broke ground in January 2006. The condo hotel will feature 599 studio and one- and two-bedroom condominium suites, as well as penthouses.

Other features will include lush landscaping, a 50,000-square-foot pool and spa enclave that will offer the first Turkish hammam, onsite dining, a private bar and lounge, resort concierge service and a business center. In addition, 24-hour hotel services will include valet, bell, front desk, housekeeping and security.

Guests will have direct access to the Palms Casino Resort via the SkyTube, an elevated, enclosed moving walkway that joins the two complexes.

Palms Place is currently accepting reservations for 2008 with many dates already sold out.
